Job starts Immediate start
We require a self-motivated and organised member of staff to join St Joseph’s College as Finance Assistant for an immediate start. Applications will be reviewed upon receipt and the vacancy will close once a suitable candidate is appointed so early application is encouraged.
Excellent interpersonal skills, administration experience and strong ICT skills are required. The Finance Assistant will undertake a variety of tasks including monitoring debtor accounts, daily posting of direct debits and act as the main contact for fee payers.
The post holder will have previous experience of working in a school (desirable) and have a can-do attitude with the ability to manage and prioritise a varied workload.
