2nd Line Support - Manchester

I’m working alongside a leading Law Firm, with offices across the country, looking to expand their IT team with a new 2nd line Desktop Support Engineer. The firm is always expanding, and it’s a very exciting time to join.
We are looking for a personable individual with good stakeholder management skills, it would be great if you have experience in the Legal Sector but it’s not essential. You’ll be stepping in to a 2nd Line role based in central Manchester for 3 days and week, and 2 days a week are WFH.
You shall be working in the following tech stack
*1st/2ndLine Support
*Helpdesk / Service Desk support
*Office 365 / Azure / Intune
*TCP/IP / DNS / DHCP / VPN
*Active Directory
