Job Description:
Are you a customer service driven individual who enjoys sales or up-selling? We’re on the look for a number of individuals to join a friendly team in modern offices on the outskirts of Dover for a role that offers both part time and full time working hours, with a basic hourly rate and good achievable bonus’s, with no weekends.
The successful applicants will have excellent communication skills and have worked in a similar role where they have excelled in delivering customer service and carrying out sales or up-selling of a particular service or product.
Full-time role: Permanent: 08:45 to 17:15 Monday to Friday
Part-time role: Permanent: 13:45 to 17:15 Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
*Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers/businesses
*Present and promote products by having a deep knowledge and understanding of company services
*Achieve monthly sales targets
Skill-set required:
*Previous telesales experience not essential but willing to learn
*A history of exceptional communication skills and customer service
*An individual driven by results and meeting targets and wants to achieve
