Job Description:
This role is a fully remote on-going home-working opportunity.
Our client is seeking a candidate who is fluent English,German and Dutch.
You will be taking inbound calls and responding to email enquiries for a variety of clients.
The general working pattern is Monday- Friday 8:00 -16:00 with occasional weekends during Q4.
This is a temporary requirement working from home and the organisation are keen to recruit someone as soon as possible.
Mission:
*To deliver exceptional customer service to their customers, to understand their needs and requirements, while working to exceed these wherever possible
*Answer inquiries through telephone and email communication, while maintaining and updating the customer database
Skills/Experience/Profile:
*Fluent German, Dutch and English
*Customer service experience is essential
*Pleasant and professional telephone manner
*Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook & Word) and confident Internet usage & the ability to research
*Analytical/problem solving skills
*Strong verbal and written communications skills, excellent grammar, spelling & punctuation.
*Understand customer service processes and procedures
If you do not hear from a Consultant within 1 week of your application, then on this occasion you have been unsuccessful.
