An opportunity has arisen at a chambers ranked, well reputed law firm in Reading as a Commercial Litigation Solicitor (1-2 years’ PQE). In this role, you will handle diverse commercial disputes, provide legal advice, and represent clients in court.
Responsibilities:
*Manage a caseload of commercial litigation matters.
*This will include large corporate disputes and L&T disputes
*Conduct legal research and analyse complex issues
*Draft legal documents and court pleadings
*Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court
*Collaborate with colleagues and support staff
*Build and maintain client relationships
Requirements:
*Law degree and completed SRA training contract
*0-3 years of commercial litigation experience
*Strong understanding of commercial law and procedures
*Excellent communication and analytical skills
*Ability to work in a team environment
