Overview
A forward-thinking law firm is seeking a Private Client Lawyer specialising in Wills, LPAs and Probate services. Additional experience in estate planning and contentious probate is an advantage. You’ll provide expert legal advice while helping drive the department forward.
Role Requirements
Experience:
*Strong background in private client work
*Expertise in Wills, LPAs, probate, and estate planning
*Knowledge of contentious probate and ability to manage disputes would be beneficial but not essential
Skills:
*Excellent communication and client care skills
*Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
*Commercially minded and proactive in building client relationships
