Job Description:
Our client, a growing business based in Bury St Edmunds is currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator.
The role is within the Customer Service Team, with focus on the exceptional end to end Customer Experience.
As part of this team, the Customer Service Administrators handle inbound customer service calls and enquiries, ensuring every single customer receives the best service, while also making outbound calls when required and undertaking a variety of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
*Answering incoming calls into the business for a variety of departments.
*Undertaking any number of administrative tasks completed within the team on a number of different software platforms.
*Ability to build relationships while speaking to a variety of internal colleagues in other teams/department to resolve customer enquiries.
*Taking orders accurately whilst on the telephone.
*Supporting other departments with ad-hoc administrative duties when required by the business.

This role is office based during the hours of 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
Full training and regular progress meetings will take place throughout a 3-month probationary period.
