Role Requirements:
Experience
*A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in employment law, adept at both contentious and non-contentious matters
*You will advise both employers and employees on issues such as unfair dismissal, restrictive covenants, contract drafting and employee rights
*A proactive approach to business development and marketing is essential, as you will be instrumental in growing the practice
Skills
*Strong commercial acumen, excellent client care skills, effective time management and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
