Receptionist Administrator (Property Estates)

Our clients are looking for a Receptionist/Administrator in their busy office in Birmingham. You will be the first point of contact for clients, partners, and visitors.
You’ll play a vital role in creating a positive impression while providing critical administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. This is a great opportunity for an individual with strong communication skills and a passion for customer service to be part of an innovative and supportive team in the property sector.
The Role
*Warmly welcome and assist all visitors, ensuring they feel comfortable and well-attended.
*Answer and direct incoming calls and emails in a professional and friendly manner, addressing inquiries or redirecting them as needed.
*Provide essential administrative support to the property management team, including scheduling meetings, organising files, and managing mail.
*Act as a liaison between clients, tenants, and our property management team, ensuring clear and timely communication.
*Assist with day-to-day office operations, such as ordering office supplies, maintaining a tidy reception area, and handling general administrative tasks.
*Maintain accurate records of tenant information, property documents, and correspondence.
*Support the team with basic property management duties, including tenant correspondence, processing work orders, and updating property management software.
Skills and Experience:
*Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, ideally in the property, real estate, or related sectors.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
*Strong organisational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.
*Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with property management software is an advantage.
*A positive attitude and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
*Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and solve basic administrative issues as they arise.
