National Sales Manager Packaging
Basic to £70,000, OTE £90,000 Uncapped +Car + Pension + Benefits
Remote/Field/Manchester Office
This well established and highly successful packaging business boast thousands of loyal customers across the UK and exceptional five-star customer reviews.
As a result of sustained growth and significant investment, they are recruiting a high calibre National Sales Manager to lead and inspire their field and internal sales teams.
This is an excellent opportunity to inherit a currently successful team, whilst recruiting and growing the salesforce in line with ongoing company expansion.
You will be on an upward career trajectory, aspirational and looking for your first or second senior management position, following regional sales management or a team leader role.
You will be a data driven manager, utilising analytics to identify sales process improvements and development areas within the team, as well as your people management skills.
