Location: Romsey
Salary: £28,000-£30,000 (DOE)

About the Role
As a Team PA, you’ll be the linchpin of daily operations, providing invaluable support to a team of associates. You’ll ensure every detail is perfectly aligned, enabling the team to focus on what they do best. Your day will be full of variety and purpose, from managing schedules and coordinating travel, to strengthening client relationships and organising events.
Key Responsibilities
*Support Associates & Practitioners: Handle complex diary management, travel arrangements, and all travel essentials, including visas, vaccinations, and itineraries.
*Optimise Time & Resources: Constantly review and refine schedules for maximum team efficiency.
*Client Relations: Be the main contact for client deliverables, managing calls, reviewing pipeline data, and assisting with sales conversions.
*Coordinate Programs & Events: Organise coaching sessions and workshops, submit expense reports, and coordinate community events.
*General Support: Take on various administrative tasks, manage office coverage, and ensure data integrity.
Skills & Attributes
*Proactive, highly organised, and experienced in supporting senior managers.
*Able to excel in a fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving skills.
*Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
*Passionate about growth and development, both personally and professionally.
Requirements
*At least two years in a PA/Team Secretary role.
*Strong project coordination and travel arrangement experience is essential
*Proficient in Office 365, Outlook, SharePoint, and tools like Planner and Forms.
*Familiar with Zoom, Teams, and other conferencing platforms.
