Corporate Solicitor – Associate or Senior Associate – Bristol
This firm and Legal 100 corporate team are searching for an additional corporate solicitor at ideally 3pqe level to join the Bristol office. The team advises on mid-market M&A corporate finance deals, often with a cross-border flavour.
You will work with a wide range of clients including public and private UK and international companies, advising on:
*Mergers & Acquisitions
*Corporate finance transactions
*Equity and debt funding
*General corporate structuring work
This is a regional UK law firm with a national presence. In the main you will work closely with the Partners in Bristol but also interact across the teams in other offices.
You will ideally have trained at another strong regional firm, but candidates from smaller law firms who are seeking that step up are also encouraged to apply.
