Job Description:
Kingswood Group are supporting a dynamic financial services firm in recruiting a Paraplanner for their expanding team based in Bishops Stortford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified or part-qualified paraplanner, looking to continue their qualification.
Working closely with an Adviser and Senior Paraplanner, the successful candidate will provide essential client support to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
*Coordinate directly with a dedicated Adviser
*Participate in daily case update meetings
*Communicate with clients via phone, email, and post as needed
*Conduct research for new business cases
*Draft suitability reports, cover letters, one-pagers, and client documents
*Prepare and pre-fill documents for review meetings
*Follow up on policy information with providers
*Maintain and manage the tracker system
*Send monthly valuations to clients
*Ensure compliance documents are current
*Process information requests through email and post
Skills & Qualities Needed:
*Integrity, reliability, and discretion
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Professional telephone manner
*Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
*Excellent interpersonal skills for client and colleague interactions
*Ability to prioritise and manage workload efficiently
*High attention to detail
