Title: Research Manager
UK (Hybrid, London)
Salary £45,000-£55,000.

They place a huge emphasis on ensuring a work life balance with their researchers only working on 1-2 projects at one time because they really care about the wellbeing of their employees and creating the highest quality deliverable possible.
Key responsibilities:
*Manage project execution ensuring project challenges are addressed.
*Confident reviewing project approach and correct methodology.
*Help to develop best practices and guide junior members on more complex analysis.
*Incorporate brand strategy into all final deliverables.
*Lead on presenting to clients.
Requirements:
*BA in relevant degree. MA preferred.
*4+ years working in custom pharmaceutical research and/or consulting.
*Experience working on projects across the brand lifecycle.
