Job Description:
Plus: bonus, excellent benefits package, and the option to work from home up to three days per week
Our client, a distinguished multi-award-winning Private Client Wealth Management firm, is renowned for its expertise in advising high-net-worth individuals and their families on Pensions, Investments, Protection, Wills, and Estate Planning. We have had the privilege of partnering with this esteemed organisation for over eight years, during which time we have successfully placed the majority of their team members, giving us an in-depth understanding of their values and culture.
The Managing Director is an exceptionally dynamic, inspirational, and genuinely caring individual who places equal importance on both client satisfaction and staff well-being. He has fostered a truly inclusive, supportive, and enjoyable work environment. Due to a recent promotion, the firm is now seeking a Wills and Estate Planning Administrator, ideally with a background in law—either through a relevant degree or practical experience within the legal sector.
This position offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, supporting them through the preparation and completion of their wills and other aspects of estate planning. It is a highly hands-on role, where you will be responsible for managing the administration process alongside Financial Advisers, their clients, and Solicitors. You will play a crucial role in overseeing the completion of all relevant paperwork and ensuring a smooth process for all parties involved.
Given the sensitive and confidential nature of this work, the role demands excellent interpersonal abilities, as well as impeccable verbal and written communication skills. This is an incredibly rewarding opportunity, as you will witness the wills administration process from start to finish, building trust and rapport with clients and colleagues alike, while making a meaningful contribution to securing families’ futures.
The ideal candidate may be a recent graduate with a law degree and no prior professional experience, or someone with basic administrative experience in a legal environment. Those with experience in a law firm or solicitor’s office, handling administrative duties, would also be highly considered. Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided, and there is the added benefit of working from home up to three days per week, should you wish to take advantage of this flexible arrangement.
