*Drive operational efficiencies in key areas such as stock management, customer service, and inventory control.
*Work closely with senior leadership to ensure that operational strategies align with the company’s business objectives.
*Identify and implement process improvements, using data and insights to optimise store performance and achieve key business goals.
*Ensure that all stores maintain a customer-centric approach, delivering an outstanding experience at every touchpoint.
*Maintain compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations across all locations in your area.
