People Change Specialist / HR Change Analyst (Not a BA role)
Based in Warwick
Paying £400 - £450 a day
Our client, a leading organisation based in Warwickshire, is seeking a highly skilled and people-focused Change Analyst to join their delivery team. As a HR Change Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing organisational change initiatives within the context of operating model development and organisational design.
Responsibilities:
- People-Centric Transformation: Ensure effective communication of organisational changes and provide HR support to individuals throughout the change process. Engage and empower employees to enable smooth transitions and successful outcomes.
- Operating Model Development: Assist in the development and refinement of the HR operating model to align with business objectives, considering factors such as structure, governance, and decision-making processes.
- Organisational Design: Contribute to the creation and adjustment of organisational structures, roles, and responsibilities in alignment with HR capability building and the new operating model.
- Workshop Facilitation: Plan and lead workshops to gather stakeholder inputs, define requirements, and co-create solutions related to organisational change, operating models, and processes. Capture feedback and update relevant workshop plans and outputs.
- Workstream Planning: Collaborate with the programme management office (PMO) and project managers to develop detailed workstream plans, ensuring key milestones, deliverables, and risks are well understood, delivered, and updated.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gain insights, identify potential challenges, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Change Documentation: Develop change artefacts, such as process maps and organisational charts, to support the HR transformation process.
- Business Process Improvement: Analyse and understand existing processes to identify areas for improvement or redesign, aligning them with the new organisational structure and HR objectives.
- Support Transformation Initiatives: Lead a subset of workstream deliverables, providing insights and ensuring alignment, integration, and the development of change management strategies, roadmaps, and delivery plans.
Requirements:
- Strong People Focus: Demonstrated ability to manage and support people through change, including empathy, active listening, and effective communication skills.
- Organisational Design Expertise: Experience supporting or leading organisational design initiatives, understanding structures, roles, and business needs.
- Workshop Facilitation: Strong skills in designing and facilitating workshops to capture requirements, align stakeholders, and co-create solutions.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to understand the broader business strategy and translate it into operational models and organisational designs.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams, including senior leaders, PMOs, and other key stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyse complex data, structures, and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Project Management Support: Experience working within large-scale people-centric transformation, structured project environments, preferably within PMO frameworks, to track progress, milestones, and risks.
