Neighbourhood Response Officer *Hourly Salary: £19.75 PAYE or £24.52 Umbrella
*Location: Orpington/St Mary’s Cray, Kent
*Job Type: Temporary, ongoing
We are seeking a Neighbourhood Response Officer to join a national housing association, covering the Orpington/St Mary’s Cray patch in Kent. This role involves a mix of in-office work and onsite visits, approximately three times per week. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in tenancy management, handling low-level ASB, conducting estate inspections, and performing tenancy audits.
Day-to-day of the role: *Conduct regular estate inspections and tenancy audits to ensure compliance with housing standards and regulations.
*Manage tenancy issues effectively, including low-level anti-social behaviour (ASB).
*Serve as the first point of contact for tenants, addressing and resolving their concerns promptly.
*Coordinate with various stakeholders to enhance the living conditions and safety of the neighbourhood.
*Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all inspections, visits, and interactions with tenants.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Proven experience in tenancy management and handling ASB.
*Ability to conduct thorough estate inspections and tenancy audits.
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with tenants and stakeholders.
*Must possess a basic DBS check.
*Valid driver’s licence as the role requires travel to various sites.
