Trainee Energy Assessor - Nottingham

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing independent environmental specialist firm that offers expert compliance services to the built environment. They are currently seeking a Trainee Energy Assessor to join their Compliance team in Nottingham.
Key Responsibilities:
*Produce SAP assessments and statements, along with sustainability reports and strategies.
*Conduct energy assessments and EPCs for new builds, ensuring compliance with Part L regulations.
*Collaborate with the construction team and clients to provide advice and solutions that help meet project targets.
*Develop energy strategies and decarbonization reports.
*Explore additional industry areas, such as air pressure testing.
Ideal Candidate:
*Some experience or knowledge from the energy insdustry.
*An energy assessor qualification, such as OCDEA or NDEA, would be advantageous.
*Familiarity with industry-standard software like IES-VE or SBEM.
*Excellent communication and organizational skills.
*Strong attention to detail.
