*Collaboration: Work closely with the teaching team, specialists, and parents to develop consistent approaches tailored to each pupil’s needs.
*Communication: Observe and report on pupil progress, ensuring clear communication with teachers and SEN coordinators to support tailored learning.
Essential Skills & Experience: *Proven experience in a SEND setting, with an understanding of the challenges and rewards of supporting pupils with diverse needs.
*Strong communication skills, allowing you to connect effectively with students, staff, and families.
*Empathy, resilience, and patience, essential qualities for guiding students in their personal and educational growth.
*Ability to adapt and respond to changing needs, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.
