Job Description:
Platinum People are recruiting for a full-time Operations Administrator for our client in Rugby. This is an ideal opportunity for a person who can demonstrate a high level of accuracy and a desire to work hard, to progress in their career with us.
Operations Administrator Role
You will be responsible for day to day, general administration duties. Your roles and responsibilities will include:
o Data entry, using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
o Answering incoming calls, confidently
o Manage accommodation requirements
o Place orders via the relevant supplier and raise the purchase order in Sage.
o Raise invoices through Sage and issue to the client.
o Collation and reconciliation of month end information for Finance.
o Support with project administration as and when required.
o Assist the team with all operational queries and have a can-do attitude.
o Collate timesheets/hours to enable processing by finance.
o Liaising with accounts on queries.
o Liaise with and build relationships clients and supply chain in a professional manner.
Pay Office Administrator
-£26,000 p.a
-Immediate start
-Office based Monday - Friday.
-09:00-17:00 Mon-Thu. 09:00-16:00 Friday
Operations Administrator Requirements:
o Sage 50 user – Essential.
o Excellent communicator at all levels
o Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
o Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
o Highly Organised
