You must have 5 GCSEs (Grade A*-C) including English Language and Maths at Level 2 or equivalent, you should also have some experience of working with young people and/or adults in a group environment. In return we offer an excellent benefits package which, for this post, includes:
•A well-respected pension scheme (West Yorkshire Pension Fund with employer contribution of 18.9%)
•Free car parking at all our college sites (on a first come, first served basis)
•Superb opportunities for training and development
•Discounts and offers at major High Street and Online retailers
•Access to an Employee Assistance Programme.
So, if you’d like to be part of a unique organisation that supports one of the largest and most diverse employment sectors in the UK, we’d love to hear from you.

The College is committed to safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable adults. It is also committed to the Prevent programme and the requirement to prevent people being drawn into terrorism and expects all staff to share these commitments.
