Job Description:
*Hybrid role
*Salary- £60k- £65K
My client is a Multi Academy Trust that has schools across London and due to an internal restructure, is seeking a School Business Manager/ Head of HR to join their team. This role is predominantly to look after HR matters across the school, but will also be responsible for Health and Safety, Facilities and to support the general Operations.
The successful candidate for this role will be from an HR background but will also have experience of covering operations.
A background in Primary or Secondary schools, or Multi Academy Trusts, is essential.
This is a hybrid role with travel to North London Head Office and school sites as required.
Duties for this role include-
*Oversight of recruitment and staffing- whole process from advert to probation review
*Induction and onboarding management
*Employee Relations case work
*Management of performance management, as well as L&D
*Organisational review and HR project work
*Oversight of facilities, health and safety and governance reporting
The ideal candidate-
*will have worked as a School Business Manager, or HR & Operations Manager
*has ER case management experience
*is a proficient and experienced HR professional
*has managed small HR and Operations teams
