Job Description:
IT Global Service Improvement Lead - 6-month fixed-term contract
Are you a driven, strategic thinker with the gravitas to lead meaningful change in IT service delivery? Our client are looking for an experienced Global Service Improvement Lead to join them on a 6-month fixed-term contract, offering up to £100,000 per annum pro rata. This role is based onsite, 4 days a week.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with key stakeholders across the UK, Australia, and the US to optimize IT services, foster stronger alignment with business goals, and implement targeted improvement strategies. You’ll partner with the Global IT Director to monitor performance, refine service processes, and elevate user satisfaction across our global network.
Key Responsibilities:
*Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure IT services meet business needs.
*Performance Improvement: Conduct in-depth evaluations and implement actionable enhancements using ITIL best practices.
*Reputation Management: Proactively address stakeholder concerns and improve service perception.
*Training & Reporting: Lead workshops and provide insights that foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills
*Proven experience in IT service management, consulting, or a related discipline, with a profound understanding of IT operations and frameworks.
*Strong communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
*Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and best practices
*Strong knowledge of server technologies, network protocols, and infrastructure components.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving acumen, with the capacity to translate complex insights into actionable recommendations.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven track record in developing and implementing effective internal communication strategies.
*Proficient in navigating fast-paced, dynamic environments and adept at managing multiple priorities concurrently.
