Job Description:
Are you an experienced Sales Negotiator looking to work for a market-leading independent estate agency? Do you have a proven track record in achieving and exceeding targets? If so, this may be the perfect role for you!
Based in Addlestone, this role calls for somebody who is ambitious, outgoing and motivated, with a real passion for property. Our client offers plenty of scope for career progression and personal development so you will only continue to move up the ladder during your time with them.
Responsibilities will include:
• Qualifying applicants and potential vendors to company standards
• Generating viewings and offers
• Negotiating offers to agreed deals
• Achieving personal and individual activity targets
• Generating listing opportunities
• Collating own and daily, weekly and monthly figures to highlight performance
• Implementing branch plan with branch manager in line with the group strategic plan
• Conducting marketing review calls in line with company standards.
In addition, you will need to be able to demonstrate:
• 1+ years’ experience within residential sales
• Ability to show resilience and to make the most of any opportunity
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Target driven and focused
• Competitor knowledge
• IT literate
• Proactive
• A full UK driving licence.
The salary package will include a basic of c. £21,000 dependent on experience and on targets earnings in the region of £30,000 to 35,000. Benefits include a car allowance, 5.6 weeks holiday (including bank and public holidays), pension scheme and a company mobile phone, and more!
