Our client, a distinguished and multi-award-winning Private Client Wealth Management firm, provides high-net-worth clients and their families with expert guidance in pensions, investments, protection, and estate planning. We have partnered closely with this firm for over 8 years, assisting in building a team of dedicated professionals. Led by a dynamic and compassionate Managing Director who prioritises both clients and staff, the firm fosters a genuinely inclusive, supportive, and enjoyable workplace.
Following an internal promotion, our client is seeking a Wills and Estate Planning Administrator with a strong administrative background or recent legal education. Ideal candidates may have some exposure to the legal sector through academic studies or practical experience. In this role, you will work closely with clients, assisting them in the preparation and completion of wills and estate planning documentation. This hands-on position involves supporting Financial Advisers, clients, and Solicitors by managing and processing all necessary paperwork.
Key Responsibilities:
*Assist clients with preparing and finalizing wills and estate planning documents
*Coordinate with Financial Advisers, clients, and Solicitors
*Handle the administration and organization of sensitive documentation
*Maintain a professional approach to managing confidential client information
Candidate Requirements:
*Law degree, or relevant administrative experience (experience in a legal or estate planning environment is a plus)
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
*Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of organisation
