Job Description:
Tradewind Recruitment: Teaching Assistant in a Primary School in Wrexham.

Tradewind Recruitment are actively recruiting a primary SEND Teaching Assistant to make a positive impact in one of our Primary schools in Wrexham.
The role includes:
*1:1 and small group support to an identified group of students, delivering engaging lessons tailored to a range of abilities, ensuring their individual learning needs are met.
*Implementing effective behaviour management strategies to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
*Assisting in the organisation and preparation of learning materials for a dynamic educational setting.
*Maintaining transparent communication with teachers, parents, and stakeholders is integral to supporting the overall development of students.
Requirements:
*Experience working in SEND or a similar educational environment - essential
*A genuine passion for supporting children and young people with special needs
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills
*Patience, empathy, and a commitment to fostering a supportive educational environment
*Hold an enhanced DBS and EWC
