We are currently representing a prominent client in the insurance industry, who is seeking a skilled and dedicated Reinsurance Claims Analyst. This contract position is an excellent opportunity to advance a career within a reputable company’s Change Management department.

Reinsurance Claims Analyst to process claims as they arrive.

Role & Responsibilities:

* Review and assess reinsurance claims.
* Work collaboratively to develop, implement, and refine claims processes and strategies.
* Analyze and interpret large sets of data related to claims, drawing actionable conclusions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* Ensure compliance with both internal and external policy guidelines and regulations.
* Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all reinsurance claims and related communications.

Key Skills:

* Proven expertise in Claims Adjustment and Claims Operations, with an emphasis on reinsurance claims.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large volumes of data and information accurately.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
* Demonstrated ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems strategically.
* Prior experience in the insurance industry, especially within reinsurance claims management. #LI-PB1
