Job Description:
We are a nationwide organisation with over 30,000 members across the UK who are now seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join our existing team located at our Head Office in Farnham working as part of our wider operations team. The purpose of the role is to assist with the administration and co-ordination of the recruitment, onboarding and training of our new group leaders who are based throughout the UK. Reporting into the department manager and liaising with a range of internal departments and external 3rd parties. The role would suit candidates who have previous experience of working in a busy and varied administration role but who also enjoy liaising with a range of contacts to ensure both accurate and timely administration and co-ordination of the department workload, managing your own workload whilst ensuring the flow of communication between internal departments and external applicants is maintained.
Paying up to £26k depending on experience, the working hours are 37.5 hours per week Mon to Fri with the potential for two days a week WFH once training is complete, with free parking, 22 days holiday plus bank holidays and Christmas shut down, pension and a friendly and professional working environment.
Reporting into the Head of Recruitment, you will be working as part of a dedicated team of three, responsible for providing support and assistance with the recruitment, onboarding and training process.
As Recruitment Co-ordinator your key duties will be:
· Review and maintain the recruitment inbox
· Collate CV’s for your line manager
· File interview documents in the relevant folders in line with GDPR
· Organise candidates visits before interview
· Notify the relevant department if candidates are coming in from the job adverts
· Provide information regarding potential interviewees to the Head of Training, so arrangements for a trainer to be available to complete the training should the candidate be successful at interview
· Promptly confirm to the Head of Training that a candidate has been successful, and a job has been offered to them awaiting acceptance
· Prepare the offer letter for the interviewee for sign off by your line manager and upon approval, email the offer letter to the successful candidate
· Upon acceptance of our offer notify the Head of Training to make contact with the candidate to arrange their training.
· Travel as necessary to support Choir Leader interviewers
· Book the interview venue and provide the details to the interviewer and interviewee.
· Send all the information the interviewee requires in advance of the interview.
· Arrange the confidentiality agreement and ensure it is signed and filed.
· When the successful candidates training is complete, arrange for their contract to be sent to them and ensure a signed copy has been returned and filed.
· Support the relevant department with data analysis for potential new clusters - CDRC Website, Streetcheck, Member maps and Communications
· Provide member mapping to minimise members leaving
· Liaise with Team Leaders to assist them with new openings. Reviewing the data and discussing with your line manager for sign off.
· Assist the Head of Recruitment ensure the department is successful and achieves its goals and objectives.
To be considered for the role of Recruitment Co-ordinator, you will have previous experience in an administration support role that involves managing a range of admin support tasks, an understanding of GDPR and processing personal information, with good PC and communication skills and the ability to manage your own workload. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate they are organised and meticulous with a good eye for detail. You should have excellent written and spoken English skills and be happy to work within a small team whilst being part of a larger organisation.
