The consultant will conduct a thorough assessment of existing policies, procedures, and controls across key functions, including duties of the inhouse administrator who focused on financing, acquisition, distributions, custody, compliance, and fund accounting. This evaluation will determine the adequacy of the control environment and identify areas for improvement. The consultant will also provide a detailed gap analysis and actionable recommendations to strengthen risk management and operational integrity.
Key qualifications include a strong background in controls or assurance, in-depth knowledge of ISAE 3402/SOC reporting standards, and strong analytical skills. Experience evaluating and dealing with Jersey-based fund administrators would be desirable.
