I’m working on behalf of a leading Wealth Management Firm who are seeking a Junior Client Onboarding Analyst to support their client on-boarding process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining the integrity of client documentation.
Your Role
- Review and approve new client documentation, conducting AML/KYC and identity checks.
- Ensure proper escalation of high-risk or complex cases.
- Provide regulatory guidance to the Investment Management and Operations teams.
- Address team queries and tasks efficiently and positively.
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote engagement and uphold best practices.
Your Experience
- Understanding of private client portfolios, securities, and investment products.
- Familiarity with the UK regulatory environment related to financial crime prevention.
- 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- degree is desirable.
