What the job involves *Supporting deal origination and leading deal evaluation and executions of yield-producing assets
*Experience across private credit, asset-backed leasing, structured credit, or real estate yielding investments
*Monitoring portfolio performance and adjusting strategies to ensure optimal yield generation
*Working on exit strategies
*Mentoring junior members of the investment team
Who we are looking for *Experience in yield-focused investments
*Track record in private credit, asset-backed leasing and real assets
*Experience in credit analysis, financial structuring, and risk management
*Strong leadership skills
*Relevant degree from a top tier institution
*MBA or CFA desirable
