*Oversee the performance of the Support Functions, identifying, managing and communicating financial risks and opportunities
*Create value by providing data-led insights and influencing the business to make better decisions
*Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, becoming a trusted strategic partner and core part of functional management teams
*Embed a robust cost consciousness culture, identifying opportunities to optimise processes and the use of resources to deliver a sustainable cost base
*Collaborate with the FP&A team to review and provide input for strategy and financial plans, forecasts and stress scenarios whilst providing business leads with key themes and analysis
*Track costs against budget and other KPI’s/targets and demonstrate a detailed understanding of variances and corrective actions
*Undertake ad hoc project work supporting specific strategies or business initiatives
*Challenge the status quo and champion Finance and company-wide transformation
