Job Description:
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the financial services industry.
Language Skills: Fluent in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
Attention to detail: Ability to ensure accuracy in data analysis and payment processing
Organisation Skills: Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Data Analysis: Advanced knowledge of Excel and other data management tools, with the ability to create reports
Interpersonal and Communication Skills: The ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Strong Interest in the financial markets, trading, and brokerage operations.
Preferred:
Technological Acumen: Familiarity with CRM platforms; Experience with automation technologies and involvement in digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
Financial Acumen: Experience with financial reporting, reconciliation, and analysis within an operational context.
Key Responsibilities:
Payment Processing:Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in payment processing workflows, from initiation to reconciliation, to minimize errors and delays.
Customer Support: Provide prompt customer support by addressing payment/trading/onboarding-related inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to support operational aspects of the sales process, such as training sales team on CRM processes, onboarding new clients, setting up sales structure and helping resolve any operational issues impacting client accounts or services.
Data Analysis:Perform data analysis to generate insights and support decision-making across various operational functions. Create and maintain detailed reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to monitor operational efficiency.
CRM and Systems Management: Manage and optimize the use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and other operational tools to streamline workflows and enhance service delivery.
Automation & Digital Transformation: Identify opportunities to integrate automation technologies and participate in digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational capabilities.
Support Trading & Brokerage Operations: Monitor trading operations, support back-office functions, and ensure seamless execution of trades.
Financial Operations: Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accuracy in financial data processing, reporting, and reconciliation.
Compliance & Risk Management: Assist with ensuring compliance with industry regulations, especially in relation to brokerage and payment systems.
