What the job involves *Generating deal flow and investment ideas by considering relevant macro and industry trends in accordance with the investment mandate
*Working across the life cycle of investments, including screening and analysis, presenting at investment committee meetings, monitoring investments, and overseeing exits
*Growing and mentoring a wider team
*Preparing, presenting, and defending internal investment recommendations
Who we are looking for *A proven track record of evaluating, underwriting, and executing investment opportunities
*Strong understanding of business models and value drivers is crucial
*Ability to underwrite in-depth business plans and models for credit investments across various sectors and geographies
*Must have strong presentation and negotiation skills
