Job Description:
Responsibilities
*Coordinates primary and/or syndicated market research projects.
*Understanding of market research methodologies, including kano model, conjoint analysis, max-diff analysis, etc.
*Coordinates and helps to execute qualitative and quantitative research studies, working closely with peers and segment insight leads across the globe.
*Mines and synthesizes data from primary and secondary sources (e.g., surveys, databases, public websites, social media) to identify actionable insights.
*Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
*Translate raw data into actionable insights and make recommendations to enhance the client experience.
*Can apply statistical methods to examine and analyze data on clients, market dynamics, and investors at large to support business growth.
*Collaborates and develops recommendations for stakeholders, and helps to develop compelling executive presentations with supporting exhibits.
*Contributes to the production and development of a consolidated research and insight repository (insights engine) to enable more effective and efficient storage, retrieval, and exchange of proprietary and third-party research across the firm and help drive more informed decision-making.
Required Qualifications and Skillset

*Exceptional communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills
*Experience with client experience measurement platforms, including survey and dashboard creation
*Familiarity with financial services or asset management industry trends, and appetite to deepen knowledge
*Experience with B2B and B2C
*Familiarity with survey and text analytics platforms such as Qualtrics, and social listening platforms such as Netbase or Brandwatch
