The Private Debt team has been actively lending across the UK for the last 10 years and has the remit to finance transactions across Investment and Development Finance, typical loan sizes are up to £50m. 
You will be joining a well-capitalised team who can finance transactions across the capital stack and will support the origination team in sourcing new business opportunities. The other core aspect of the role will be overseeing a pool of Analysts and Associates and ensuring they are undertaking cash-flow modelling and loan underwriting duties. 
Other key tasks include:
*Assisting with the analysis of new funding opportunities
*Manipulating and appraising finance models for potential lending opportunities
*Drafting credit application papers to present to credit committee including compiling market data and liaising with Borrowers for required information surrounding each transaction
*Processing funds drawdowns for ongoing facilities
*Responding promptly to queries from other teams within the wider business such as accounting, marketing etc.
*Reviewing local and national property market price comparables to determine property value.
