Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
*Capture, maintain, and report investment structure data across a global portfolio.
*Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisors to ensure accurate data management.
*Review and update structure charts, ensuring timely submission to investment teams.
*Maintain logs of critical dates/events and respond to documentation regarding investment structures.
*Support the team with process improvements and data management initiatives.
*Balance urgent and important tasks, setting realistic client expectations when necessary.
Skills & Experience:
*2-5 years experience in private equity, fund administration, wider investment management sectors, or legal M&A services.
*Strong MS Excel skills are essential; experience with eFront, Investran, or similar systems is advantageous.
*Familiarity with private equity, fund administration, or investment management sectors.
*Strong accounting knowledge, particularly with balance sheets, capital allocations, and loans.
*Experience with support desk ticketing applications like ServiceNow is desirable.
*Excellent communication, time management, problem-solving, accuracy, and attention to detail.
