Job Description:
Responsibilities:
*Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share for Corporate Actions Solutions.
*Identify and target potential clients within the financial institutions sector across EMEA
*Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at target organizations.
*Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitive offerings.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and customer success to ensure customer needs are met and solutions are effectively delivered.
*Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of Corporate Actions solutions.
*Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for both the company and the client.
*Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and progress towards targets on a regular basis.
Requirements:
*Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, specifically selling complex solutions into the capital markets across EMEA.
*Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
*Deep understanding of Corporate Actions and their application within the financial industry.
*Strong knowledge of the capital markets and financial institutions across EMEA
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
*Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
*Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
*Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
