My client is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Multi-Site Sales Sales Business Manager overseeing branches in Streatham and Balham SW London. This is an exceptional chance for a driven individual to take on a management role with a strong focus on growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
*Oversee daily operations across multiple branches, ensuring smooth, compliant property sales processes
*Drive branch growth by actively identifying, generating, and conducting property valuations and expanding the sales portfolio
*Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers and manage all aspects of property sales
*Lead and inspire the team, providing mentorship, support, and guidance to achieve branch goals
*Deliver exceptional customer service in all interactions, maintaining excellent relationships with buyers and sellers
*Support team development through training and ongoing support, helping them to achieve their career potential and meet business objectives
Skills & Experience: *Strong presentation and self-motivation skills
*Excellent communication and organisational abilities
*Outstanding customer service orientation and attention to detail
*Positive, resilient, and adaptable to change
*Familiarity with property sales systems and IT skills
*Proven experience in the property industry, with a high level of competency in property sales and management
*A strong leader with a passion for the sales industry and an ambition to succeed
