Job Description:
We are looking for an exceptionally talented individual with responsibility for managing Sales and Operations at one of Ireland’s leading Distillery visitor attractions. This role is responsible for ensuring that visitors have an incredible visit and leave the distillery as brand ambassadors for our brand.
As the face of the Distillery Visitor Centre Experience, you will be driven to ensure we become one of Northern Ireland’s top tourist attractions, with daily tours of the distillery, which also incorporates a retail store, café, experiential tasting rooms and a bar/events space.
Working alongside the company’s Leadership Team, the Head of Visitor Experience Sales & Operations will be an individual who can bridge both the development of the Visitor Experience proposition, as well as overseeing the day-to-day operational workings of the Visitor Experience and significantly increase footfall to the attraction.
You will bring strong experience within customer / visitor experiences, ideally within alcohol industry and a passion for creating experiences / events that engage and inspire. You will be commercially aware and comfortable managing a P&L alongside a track record in delivering world class customer service knowledge and execution.
As the business is still in it’s early years of development and growing exceptionally fast, this role requires someone who is very comfortable with ’hands on’ in approach to ensure we drive sales, deliver a high quality experience every time whilst managing cost as appropriate.
