£35,000 - £40,000 + Bonus & Benefits
Receptionist vacancy at a prestigious London Hedge Fund in the heart of the City is seeking a polished Receptionist to serve as their welcoming Front of House Ambassador. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional who excels in high-end, fast-paced environments. As the first point of contact, you’ll uphold a 5-star service standard while providing seamless reception support and assisting the wider team. This role offers excellent perks, including a generous bonus scheme and private healthcare.
Key Responsibilities: *Reception & Client Liaison: Manage the switchboard, warmly greet clients and visitors, ensuring an exceptional level of hospitality.
*Meeting Room & Event Coordination: Handle meeting room bookings, setups, and conference call arrangements using meeting room booking software.
*Client & Event Support: Liaise with catering services for meetings, ensure room readiness, and organize refreshments and lunches for guests.
*Administrative Excellence: Manage calls, messages, general office tasks, and monitor office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
*Team Support: Assist PAs and Directors with travel bookings, accommodation, and various ad hoc tasks.
Requirements: *Proven experience in a front-of-house role, ideally in a corporate environment, luxury hospitality, or as ex-cabin crew.
*Strong communication and organisational skills with a professional and polished telephone manner.
*Confident in interacting at all levels, displaying impeccable attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
*Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, with proficiency in MS Office.
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000, dependent on experience, with additional benefits.
