About the Job:
As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company’s financial strategy by working closely with business unit owners and senior stakeholders. You will be responsible for providing financial coaching, managing budgets and forecasts, and conducting in-depth analysis to drive business decisions.
Duties will include:
*Providing business financial coaching on results and statistics to key stakeholders.
*Conducting P&L reviews with business unit owners.
*Developing bid models to support strategic decisions.
*Owning the non-strategic budget and forecast processes.
*Reviewing the strategic budget, forecast processes, and cost centre budgets.
*Reviewing month-end results and performing variance analysis.
About the Successful Applicant:
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with strong experience in a commercial finance environment. You should have excellent stakeholder management skills, advanced Excel capabilities, and a keen eye for detailed financial analysis.
