About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant in Lambeth, you will work closely with class teachers to support individual students and small groups, creating a stimulating learning environment. Key Responsibilities:
*Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and managing classroom activities
*Work with individual students and small groups to provide extra support where needed
*Help maintain a positive and orderly learning environment
*Prepare materials and resources for lessons
*Monitor and report on student progress to teachers
*Participate in school events and extracurricular activities as needed

*Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with young people is desirable
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Patience, empathy, and a commitment to supporting student development
*A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
*Relevant degree or similar
