Job Description:
For: Customer service specialist Ref: VR/23405
Location: Reading
Hours of Work: 08:00 - 16:00 or 08:00 - 17:00
Salary banding:
£20,821 p.a. (£11.44/hr minimum wage based on 35 hours)
£21,840 p.a. (£12.00/hr wage based on 35 hours)
£23,800 p.a. (£11.44/hr minimum wage based on 40 hours)
£24,960 p.a. (£12.00/hr wage based on 40 hours)
Job Overview:
*Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
*Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
*Update Nexus with any communications as required.
*Communicating with customers through various channels.
*Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
*Knowing our products and services inside and out so that you can answer questions.
*Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
*Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
*Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
*Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
*Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
