Job Description:
An opportunity has arisen for a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding service and support growth within the business. If you enjoy solving problems, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you!
What You’ll Do: *Be the main point of contact for customer queries, handling them by phone and email.
*Ensure orders are processed correctly and pricing is accurate.
*Resolve any supply or delivery issues to keep our targets on track.
*Collaborate with sales teams to manage customer accounts and ensure smooth communication.
*Track and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
*Work towards team goals and contribute to continuous improvement.
What They’re Looking For: *Previous experience in customer service, ideally in a busy environment.
*Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
*Problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
*Comfortable working with computer systems (intermediate level).
*A team player who enjoys building relationships at all levels.
Nice-to-Haves: *Experience in a manufacturing or similar industry.
*Knowledge of SAP or CRM systems.
