Job Title: New Homes Sales Consultant (Temp-to-Perm Opportunity)
Location: Great Dunmow, Essex
Salary: Up to £29,000 basic (reflected in day rate) + £100 per plot exchanged
Hours: Full-time, with weekend work (every Saturday, occasional Sundays)

As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in selling high-quality new homes, contributing to the growth of a developing brand, and helping buyers through their journey to find their dream home. Key Responsibilities:
*Sales & Client Management: Engage with prospective buyers, guide them through the sales process, and deliver exceptional customer service.
*Property Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of the two new developments and be able to articulate key selling points to potential customers.
*Show Home Tours: Conduct viewings of show homes, demonstrating the unique features of the properties.
*Sales Negotiation: Negotiate offers, handle objections, and close sales effectively.
*Admin Support: Ensure all sales administration is completed accurately, including sales contracts and paperwork.
*Achieving Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on achieving plot exchanges to earn additional commission.
*Weekend Working: Regular Saturday working (and occasional Sundays), with flexibility on the total hours if needed.
Ideal Candidate:
*Sales Experience: Strong sales background, ideally in new homes or estate agency, with a proven track record of meeting targets and closing deals.
*Resilience & Drive: A self-motivated, results-driven individual with a passion for property and the ability to handle pressure.
*Customer-Focused: Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential buyers.
*New Homes Knowledge: Experience within the new homes sector is preferred, but not essential.
