Head of Business Analysis
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000
Location: West Midlands (2 days a week in the office)
Business Analysis / Continuous Improvement / Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) / Leadership / Strategy
Xpertise are excited to be working with a well-respected professional services organisation to help source them a Head of Business Analysis, responsible for leading their Business Analysis function. This role will ensure complex change and continuous improvement is delivered across the organisation, as well as providing strategic direction for the team.
I’m looking to speak with individuals with proven experience leading a Business Analysis team and ensuring high levels of performance. Experience working closely with product and technical IT teams would also be highly beneficial towards this role as there is a strong involvement with the organisations software development lifecycle (SDLC). Excellent communication skills is essential for this role, as well as having the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
*Leading and managing the organisations Business Analysis function
*Influence key decisions on Business Analysis, such as developing and maintaining the framework for how the Business Analysis function will work, including methodologies undertaken
*Lead approach for capturing and developing requirements in line with agreed timescales, quality and methodology
*Work closely with Product Owners and the wider IT department to ensure that the Business Analysis function plays a pivotal role in the organisation’s software development lifecycle (SRA)
*Play a key role in promoting a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation
Experience Required:
*Experience leading a team of Business Analysts and ensuring high-performance levels
*Experience of working in the professional services sector or in a highly-regulated environment would be highly beneficial
*Knowledge of Agile software development opportunities
*Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders
*Knowledge of Dynamics CRM 365, Dynamics FO, SharePoint, Azure DevOps and Power BI (Desirable)
