A leading manufacturing business are currently looking for an Embedded Software Team Lead to join their growing team. This is a full-time permanent position with hybrid working.

Key responsibilities will include:
*Leading a team of engineers
*Being responsible for the development and delivery of software on time and on cost
*Working closely with a range of internal stakeholders
*Providing regular reports to demonstrate progress
*Ensuring the application of software development plans to the development cycle
*Working across a range of products
The Successful candidate will have:
*Experience in a similar role
*Understanding of software development lifecycle
*Good understanding of configuration management tools and techniques
*Understanding of UML and C, C++
*Experience designing solutions to cost
*Experience leading a team
*Experience working in a high technology environment
