Amour Recruitment is proud to be working with a fast growing Winery based in Crondall who are seeking a Operations Supervisor.
Due to the rural location of the business you must have your own transport.
Key Responsibilities:
*Report into the Head of Operations
*Updating and streamlining VinTrace Software
*Training winery team members on VinTrace Software
*Regular stock keeping of wine, dry goods and Enartis products
*Raising duty payments, generating reports and producing inbound/dispatch paperwork via internal system and HMRC portal
*Administrative tasks such as receiving phone calls, email communication and data inputting
Requirements:
*Work with urgency
*Use their own Initiative
*Team player who is results driven
*Great attention to detail
*Excellent Communicator
*Two years operations experience or admin role
*Planning software knowledge desirable
*Working knowledge of HMRC duty documentation and requirements desirable
Hours: 8:30-17:30 Monday to Friday
Salary:£35,000
